I'm Helena, and my friends call me Cucas! I'm a User Interface Designer based in Barcelona.
I recently wrapped up my master's in Digital User Experience Design at BAU, Centre Universitari d'Arts i Disseny in 2023.
Originally from Porto, Portugal, but currently in Barcelona working as a UX/UI Designer in the sound industry. Before diving into the digital world, I spent several years cutting my teeth in Graphic and Communication Design, building a solid foundation for my design journey.
Besides pixels and screens, I've got a thing for the arts. I love to paint and write in my free time. Also, I've been wearing a few hats in the film industry for the past two years – starting from script supervision, annotation, and assistant roles, and finally, in 2023, taking the plunge into producing a short film based in Porto.
When I'm not in work mode, you'll find me practising yoga, enjoying the outdoors, exploring cultural sites, and satisfying my wanderlust. Life's about balancing pixels, paints, and a bit of movie magic.
